Geury Perdomo

Before joining Brown Roofing, Geury Perdomo spent 10 years as a project manager for a landscaping company, where he built a strong foundation in property maintenance, crew leadership, job site management, and homeowner communication.

Today, Geury oversees roofing, siding, gutter, window, and chimney repair projects across Connecticut from start to finish. From coordinating crews and making sure materials are on site to inspecting workmanship, enforcing safety procedures, and keeping customers informed throughout the process, he plays a key role in making every job run smoothly and stay on schedule.

Geury believes strong customer communication is one of the most important parts of a successful project. “Good communication builds trust,” he says. “When homeowners know what to expect and feel informed every step of the way, it makes the whole experience better for everyone.”

He says the most rewarding part of his job is meeting new people, working closely with homeowners, and seeing their vision come to life at the end of the project. He enjoys working alongside his crews and takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer.

Outside of work, Geury enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports to stay in shape. “Staying active helps keep me focused and energized,” he says. “A little cardio never hurt anyone.”
