  I was very pleased with the experience I had with MidAmerica Basement Systems when they waterproofed my basement. The crew of 3 (Jacob, Colby, and Jerry) were professional and kept me updated on the progress of the project. They showed up on time every day and cleaned up when they had finished the job. I highly recommend them for any basement issues!

  MidAmerica Basement Services installed a WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System in my basement, as well as a sump pump system and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The crew did an exceptional job from start to finish! They called to advise me of the arrival time and were right on time. The team of three worked hard all day and returned the next day, working extra hours, to finish the job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Upon completion of the project they reviewed the work with me and answered all my questions patiently. A lot of dust is created during the installation process and my basement and steps to the basement were left very clean as was my property in the basement.   I would Highly Recommend this company to anyone needing an effective way to solve wet basement problems!   They even replaced the potted plants on the porch leading into the basement which had to be removed to provide access for their equipment and nailed back a porch railing, which was loose even before they came, at the completion of the project. An A+ job! Thank you!
