With a long background in customer service and a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction, Ken Castillo was excited about the opportunity to join TC Hafford as a System Design Specialist. Ken will be traveling around the state of Maine, meeting with homeowners and designing systems that will protect the health and integrity of their homes. Ken is a problem-solving machine who loves helping others.

Winding down is easy for Ken; when he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time on trails, hiking with his wife and their two dogs.
