Job review from Cynthia in Waldoboro, ME 04572 on 08/22/25

My only complaint was I called on the day technician was due as I was told tech would be here between 9-12, and had not showed by 1:30, and I was wondering if tech was still coming as on previous work, techs did not show at all when I was told they would. No one answered the phone or returned my call after leaving a message.

My only complaint is service person was 2 1/2 hours late arriving. I know issues arise on service calls, so was pleased that he did finally show.

Adam was extremely polite, courteous, did excellent work, and explained everything he did thoroughly.
