How Gutters Fail in Massachusetts
Poor design, improper gutter installation, neglected maintenance and extreme weather conditions can lead to poor drainage and water damage to your home. Gutters without gutter guards to keep leaves, twigs, bird nests, and pests out, will fail faster. Once gutters begin to clog, they also start to buckle and the deterioration continues with each new onslaught of rain, hail, or ice, leading to leaky, rusty, unsightly gutters.
Massachusetts weather: The state of Massachusetts averages 200 days a year of precipitation - rain or snow. When heavy rains hit your roof, you want to know you’ve got a strong, durable gutter that will channel water away from the exterior and foundation of your home.
7 Signs of Gutter Failure:
Clogged gutters or downspouts, from leaf clumps, pine needles, silt, moss, twigs, and more.
Sagging gutters that pull away from the home - look for bulges, holes (sign of hail damage), or missing components.
Insect and pest infestations, and bird or squirrel nests in the gutters.
Obvious leaks in the seams or joints in the gutters or signs of rust.
Water damage, including moisture, mold, or rot in the attic, roof, basement, siding, or landscaping.
Soil erosion and cracks in walkways, oversaturated soil, or damaged landscaping.
Structural damage due to water pooling near the foundation and leaking or seeping through foundation cracks or windows into the basement.
A well-designed gutter system prevents these problems. Ready to start protecting your home with a new Gutter Shutter System? Call today to schedule your free gutter installation estimate for your Massachusetts home.

Overall a very good company and I would used them again and would tell people about them. Excellent job all the way around. Great that I was able to work with them from out of state with no problem.

Has of this date we had one rain storm and "no leak". I...
Klaus was recommended to me by several coworkers. He personally came to discuss the project, give a quote, and told us how everything would work. At the time of the install, there were many snow storms. We had to postpone one day because of a snow storm.
When the workers arrived, they did everything we expected: what time they arrived, where they set up, who would be doing what, what it would look like, what time they would leave, and what the clean up would look like. They had a tough task with at least 18" of snow on the roof. They took all the snow off, stripped the roof, installed the new roof all in one day. The clean up happened the next day. They made sure we could enter and exit the house as needed (again difficult with all of the snow on the ground from both the storms and the roof now on the ground).
We were completely satisfied with the entire process. After we moved, our new house had a roof issue that Klaus was able to address. It was a bad patch around the chimney that was causing leaking. It was a tricky fix, but they did it well. We have not had any problems since.
In the next few years, if we have another roofing issue, we plan to address at our new house. We will definitely call Klaus Larsen to fix it.

Saw you in the news, donating a roof too a veteran. Being a veteran myself, that touched me. Also, seeing the Klaus is from Denmark, touched home with me. I was born in Denmark, and came too the US, in 1953. I didn't get any other quotes.
