Damani Crichton

Damani joined Woodford Bros., Inc. in 2022 as a Design Specialist, certified in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and several of Woodford’s other repair services. He later transitioned into Customer Care Manager, serving in that role for a year and a half before moving into the Director of Marketing and Customer Care.

In his current role, Damani oversees Appointment Center operations and supports Woodford’s marketing efforts. He is focused on creating lasting experiences for homeowners from the very first interaction, while improving the systems, processes, and training that help the team deliver world-class service. Damani is passionate about redefining the industry through innovation, clear communication, and a team culture built on growth, accountability, and care.

Outside of work, Damani values quality time with family and friends, enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and listening to music. His mantra is, “What you think is what you say. What you say is what you do. What you do is who you are — so discipline your mind before it defines you."
