Olifio Delgado Reyes, originally from Panama, brings 15 years of gutter experience to his role at Pacific Gutter Company. He previously owned Above All Gutters LLC in North Carolina, where he built a reputation for quality work and reliable service. Outside of work, Olifio enjoys biking, hiking, and running with his wife and their dogs, and he’s an avid reader.
