Erin joined The Drying Company team in 2015 and has grown with the company, progressing from an Appointment Center Representative to Marketing Manager in 2018. She brings strong prior experience in Customer Service and Retail Management, underpinned by a Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA in Business Management & Marketing. Erin’s role centers on ensuring customers have the best possible experience from start to finish, fueled by her goal: "to make sure that they always leave saying WOW!" She thrives on the challenge of her job, valuing the company's commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Erin is proud to work for a company that values integrity, honesty, and knowledge and genuinely cares about its people. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crocheting, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and going for walks.
