Dan Minnick

Dan has been part of The Drying Co. Team since 2021. Prior to joining our team, Dan has spent over 25 years in the construction industry. He focused on casework in residential homes and commercial buildings, working with clients from the initial consultation through the build and installation. His experience spans from building custom homes at the age of 16 to being the Project Manager on million-dollar medical facility renovations. This experience has given Dan an understanding of how homes and buildings are constructed and how they work together as a system.
Dan’s role focuses on working with Real Estate Professionals. As part of our Real Estate Response Team, Dan is ready to answer the call and help you get to the closing table faster. He takes great pride in his work and is always prepared to lend a helping hand.
When Dan steps into his role as a Home Performance Advisor, he enjoys working with families to find lasting solutions for their homes and make them more comfortable and healthy.
In his free time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and friends, painting/drawing, and getting outdoors as much as possible.
