Landes joined The Drying Company team in 2025, bringing an impressive technical foundation to the advisory role. He has a strong background in General Contracting and spent eight years as an engineer. His academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physics and specialized training from a Project Management course at Johns Hopkins University. Landes also has a family connection to the company, as his father, Rudy, worked for TDC. His favorite thing about the job is providing solutions to customers on a personal level, where he can see his work positively affecting them. Landes is proud of graduating from college and achieving Eagle Scout status. In his spare time, he enjoys electronics and computer coding.
