Joining Team TDC in 2025, Steven brings over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry, where he specialized in understanding customer needs and finding effective solutions. His focus on time management helps him stay productive and efficient in his role. Steven's favorite thing about his job is the daily opportunity to meet new people and find solutions to make their homes more energy-efficient and healthier. He is incredibly proud of his wife and two sons. In his free time, Steven enjoys his hobbies, which include golfing, snowboarding, and watching football.
