His background as a Coast Guard/Navy/Department of Defense Engineer Technician Trainer and as an independent contractor has equipped him with a broad foundation in technical writing and building principles, along with over 22 years of valuable sales experience. He has extensive training covering essential home systems, including foundation repair, crawl space encapsulations, roofing, siding, electrical, and carpentry. This comprehensive expertise makes problem-solving his favorite part of the job, as he draws on his thorough understanding of technical building principles to deliver the best solutions for homeowners. When not at work, Aron is most proud of his six children and enjoys creative pursuits such as painting, writing, social media, and comedy
