Jane in East Hampton, CT first called our roofing company to remove heavy snow from her roof. After seeing the condition of the shingles up close, she decided it was time to move forward with a full roof replacement instead of waiting for future leaks.
We installed a complete shingle roofing system using SealoronXT Ice & Water along the edges and vulnerable areas, VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the deck, and SealoronXT Deck Tape to seal the plywood seams. For proper ventilation, we added SmartVent at the eaves and a SmartRidge ridge vent, closed off the old gable vents, and removed the outdated turbo fan to create balanced airflow. She chose IKO shingles in Brownstone, which gave the home a clean, warm finish.
To complete the project, we also installed new high-flow seamless gutters in Musket Brown.
From snow removal to full roof replacement, this home is now protected and ready for every season.
These owners came to the 2017 Spring HBRA and visited Klaus Larsen's booth and got a free and thorough estimate. They were looking for a permanent solution for their home because they already had 2 layers on the house and wanted this to be the last time dealing with the roof.

Then we replaced any damaged plywood decking and laid down Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from the outside elements. To top it off we put in a new VentSure Ridge Vent to provide consistent attic ventilation as well as new lead chimney flashing.
