Our crew performed a complete roof replacement for this home in Columbia, CT. We tore off the existing shingles that were outdated and installed all new ones. The old trim was torn off and replaced with new Kleer PVC composite trim boards and a new pipe vent boot in the color of Black! This cape-style home in Columbia, Connecticut was in desperate need of a new roof. We began by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 sheets of plywood decking. To protect the home from any outside moisture, we installed 3 rows of Weatherlock G Ice & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys etc. For new shingles we used Brownwood asphalt shingles. Further, we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing. This stylish roof can now handle any weather condition, worry free!
