Steve in Lebanon, CT, moved forward with a roof replacement project focused on the main home and attached garage to update the aging roofing system and improve overall performance. The roof section located on the right side of the home was not included in this phase of the project.
Because the home features several steep pitch sections and shed dormers, the installation required extra attention to detail throughout the process. Our crew hand-sealed the steep roofing areas to help provide additional protection against wind-driven rain and severe weather exposure.
To improve attic airflow and ventilation performance, we also installed Klaus AirFlow Complete along the rear sections of the main home and between the shed dormers. Proper ventilation is important for helping reduce trapped heat and moisture inside the attic, which can contribute to mold growth, premature shingle aging, and ice dam formation over time.
The new roofing system was built using SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield in key vulnerable areas, VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the roof deck, and SealoronXT Deck Tape along the plywood seams for added moisture protection beneath the shingles.
To complete the project, Steve selected shingles in the color Brownstone, giving the home and garage a warm, updated appearance while adding long-term durability and protection against the elements.
Jason in Lebanon, CT, moved forward with a full roof replacement after the existing roofing system began showing noticeable signs of age and wear. After years of exposure to the elements, the roof had reached the point where it was ready for a full upgrade to better protect the home and improve its overall appearance.
Our crew removed the old roofing materials and installed a completely new roofing system designed for long-term durability and performance. The installation included SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield in vulnerable areas of the roof, VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the roof deck, and SealoronXT Deck Tape along the plywood seams to help provide added moisture protection beneath the shingles.
To complete the project, Jason selected IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Glacier, giving the home a clean, updated look while adding strong protection against New England weather conditions.
With the new roof fully installed, the home now has a refreshed appearance and a reliable roofing system built to last for years to come.
Here was a home in Mansfield Center that we roofed along with an accompanying stand alone garage. Ice & water shield was installed on the dormer with revamped lead flashing on the chimney.
This home in Mansfield had a roof that was old and curling at the edges. When we replaced the roof, the owners wanted the gutters replaced with new gutter guards. The entire roof was torn off and replaced on the same day. We then installed Aluminum Seamless gutter and LeafRelief gutter guards.
This single-family home was in need of a new roof. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing materials and replaced all damaged plywood decking. We installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Desert Tan. We finished the job by installing a Ridge Vent, which comes with a Weather Protector moisture barrier. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
