Kathryn in Baltic, CT, reached out to us after noticing water spots forming on her ceiling, a clear sign of a roof leak. Wanting to take care of the issue before it got worse, she contacted Klaus Larsen Roofing after being referred by her aunt, whose roof we replaced earlier this year. Our team inspected the home and confirmed that a full roof replacement would be the best long-term solution to stop the leaks and protect the home. We removed the old roofing system and replaced any damaged plywood before installing a complete Klaus Larsen Roofing system. For the new roof, Kathryn chose IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Brownstone, a timeless look that complements her home beautifully. We also added a Velux M08 Skylight to bring more natural light into the space while maintaining proper insulation and water protection. Now, Kathryn’s home not only looks refreshed but is fully protected from future leaks, giving her peace of mind for years to come.
