Richard in Gales Ferry, CT, reached out to us when it was time to replace sections of his roof, including the entire front and the lower slope plane on the back. The slope was just a hair over a 2-pitch, and for 25 years, Richard had shingles on it without a single issue. During a previous repair, however, he was persuaded to use rolled roofing instead. That decision quickly led to leaks and frustration, which made him determined to go back to shingles. Our crew got to work by tearing off the old roofing and any damaged materials beneath it. We installed fresh plywood where needed, sealed the deck with SealoronXT Deck Tape, and added SealoronXT Ice & Water, along with VeloraONE Roof Underlayment for long-term leak protection. To finish the job, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Frostone Grey, giving Richard the reliable shingle system he always trusted. Now, with a Klaus Larsen Roofing system in place, his home is protected for decades to come, backed by a 50-year transferable warranty.

The roof on this lovely colonial home in North Woodstock, CT had seen better days and was in need of a roof replacement. We took on this project and began by tearing away and disposing of one layer of existing roofing material. After inspecting the roof decking for damage, we found 3 plywood decking sheets that needed to be replaced. With the new decking sheets in position, we then layed down two layers of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the house from rain, sleet, and snow. For additional water resistance, Synthetic Underlayment was adhered to the roof's surface in the spots that were not covered by the Ice & Water Barrier. When it came to the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System, using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Harvard Slate colorway. To finish the job, we installed a ridge vent and replaced the chimney flashing as well as the vent pipe boot. This colonial home is good as new thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We replaced the backside of the roof on this detached garage because they were having leaking issues due to their old vent boot! They figured they may as well replace the whole back of the roof while they were at it.
