Before, Paul’s home in North Attleboro, MA, was dealing with serious roof concerns. His roof had poor ventilation, a cracked rafter, and even a sunken area that caused mold to build up inside the attic. After sending us photos of the damage, it was clear a full roof replacement was the best solution. Our crew replaced the roof with IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black and sistered the split rafter to restore structural strength. We also installed a Smart Eave Vent system by removing 18" of plywood at the eaves, adding vent baffles, and ensuring constant airflow from eave to ridge.
