A New Gothic Revival Style Roof in Stafford, CT

This is a stately Victorian located in Stafford, CT. We first met the owners back in 2011, when we did a full roof replacement on their Colchester home. The declining three tab shingles here needed to go, so that the top of the house could be on par with the rest of the property. Klaus Larsen installed one layer of Designer Color Summer Harvest shingles over a deck covered in ice & water shield. We also re-shingled the turret and installed new vent pipe boots. The whole job was ensured under a 50 year full coverage warranty.

A New Roof in Columbia, CT

Klaus Larsen traveled to Connecticut's quiet corner to repair and replace this Columbia roof. Cambridge Charcoal Gray shingles were installed to compliment the bold, red paint of this house. Aesthetics are never ignored!

New Roof & Skylight System in Columbia, CT

It was April, but there was still snow on the ground in Columbia, CT. This homeowner wanted a company that could get the job done in one day, so as to avoid any issues with weather. Along with the new roof, we installed a solar powered Fresh Air Deck Velux skylight system with remote, that closes automatically at the first sign of rain. They are perfect for contemporary homes with cathedral ceilings like this one. The OC True Def Duration Brownwood color looks great on this country property.

Roof Replacement and Leak Repair in Columbia, CT

This Columbia, CT home had some leaking coming from the rear section of the roof. For this project we began with new plywood, followed by a layer of ProArmorShield Synthetic Underlayment, and finished with a layer of Duration shingles. The 'after' photo was taken on an afternoon with 40+ mph winds, and these shingles aren't budging a bit.

Expert Roofers in Columbia, CT

The roof here was 20 years old, and was starting to get some leaking into the house. We are glad this roof was replaced when it was, so no further damage could take place. As an extra protective barrier against moisture, we applied Ice & Water Shield between the trim and window. The shingles used were Onyx Black, which look outstanding on this Columbia, CT Cape.
