The Brown Roofing team installed new vinyl siding onto this home in Hamden, Connecticut. The existing shingle on tis roof in Hamden were aged and worn. The Brown Roofing team took care of this issue by installing all new IKO Dynasty shingles. These shingles have excellent strength and impact resistance. Our crew also installed a new ridge vent onto the roof. This vent will release hot air from the attic, preventing condensation and mold. 

The shingles on this customer's roof were dated, stained, and had moss and lichen growth. The Brown Roofing team was able to solve all of these problems with a roof replacement. Our crew installed beautiful new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Brownstone. A ridge vent was installed underneath the ridge caps, in order to proper ventilate this new roof. 

Our team took care of the Fry's worn roof. Their old roof was in decent shape and needed minimal repairs, but they opted to replace the whole thing. They decided on our IKO Dynasty Sentinel Slate Shingles, which looked absolutely stunning with the red siding and white trim. This beautiful new roof is guaranteed for the next 50 years!

This has to be one of our largest jobs yet, there were many buildings that we had to work on. Every one of these roofs had severe algae growth and color fade. It is one of the worst cases that we have ever seen. It. Was. Horrible. Even though the roofs were in complete sunlight for the majority of the day there was still growth. We also replaced and installed gutters on many of the other buildings along with skylights. We ripped up the old roof, replaced the decking layer, laid down Ice and Water, and an underlayment. Next, we installed the shingles and the property owners decided on Fox Hollow Gray, which matched the siding perfectly. Now that they have a brand new roof they can be confident that all their tenants are safe and dry.
