This Milford, CT roof showed visible signs of wear, with curling and lifting shingles, and moss and lichen growth scattered across the shingles. The roof was replaced with IKO Dynasty Brownstone shingles, giving the roof a clean, uniform appearance that strengthens protection.

This Milford, CT roof had some slight discoloration across the shingles, which can occur due to aging. The Brown Roofing team repaired the roof and restored its protection, therefore extending its lifespan.

The original roof was in poor condition. The shingles were covered in a significant amount of moss and algae growth, which can retain moisture and potentially damage the roofing material over time. The surface looks worn and aged, with some areas showing discoloration and deterioration. There is also a small amount of debris accumulation on the roof's surface. The new roofing system upgrades the home's curb appeal, giving the roof a clean, uniform appearance that is built to protect against Connecticut weather.

This customer called us out to their home to replace a small section of their roof. They started to notice water stains forming on their ceiling which was due to the old age of the roof system. Since water was leaking all the way into the home all of the decking layer was rotting and molding, and definitely needed to be replaced. 

Once this was done we could lay down the sealing layer which consists of Sealeron Strip Tape, Sealeron Ice and water, and a sythetic underlayment. These three layers create a water tight and breathable barrier on the home that also acts as an insulator.

Lastly we can install the shingles and this customer decided on our IKO Dynasty Brownstone Shingles. This color matched up with the original shingles pretty well giving this home a fresh new look.
