There were also patches that looked worn out and damaged, indicating potential deterioration. The old, aging roof was replaced with Cambridge Earthtone Cedar shingles, restoring the roof's protection while upgrading the home's curb appeal and giving it a cleaner, fresher appearance.

The Brown Roofing team rebuild this old chimney. Stained and worn out mortar was removed and replaced, and new bricks were installed. This chimney's performance has increased just as drastically as it's appearance has. 

The Brown Roofing team installed ridge vents on either side of this homeowner's chimney. This new ridge vent allows for hot air to exit this customer's attic. This can prevent condensation and mold. After the new ridge vent was installed, our crew finished this job by adding new IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Castle Gray.
