Before & After Photos

At Brown Roofing, we recently completed a roofing project for Candice's home in Hamden. Our salesman, John, worked closely with her to choose the IKO Dynasty shingles in the sleek Granite Black color. His expertise ensured that Candice was confident in her decision, aligning her vision with the best options available.

With the project managed by our experienced team, the installation went smoothly and efficiently. The transformation was striking, and we documented the process with before and after photos that showcase the dramatic upgrade. The new roof not only enhances the beauty of Candice’s home but also provides the durability and protection she needs. We’re proud of the results and excited to continue serving homeowners with quality roofing solutions!

This homeowner worked with Inspector Geoffrey and Project Manager William to choose IKO Dynasty AR Class 3  Shingles in Summit Gray.

Brown Won't Let You Down!

Before: Aged, faded roof with heavy discoloration, uneven weathering, and visible staining.
After: Clean, uniform new roof with fresh shingles and a sharp, fortified appearance.

This Hamden, CT roof showed evident wear and discoloration with cracking and general aging across the shingles that made the home more vulnerable to future problems. Our team replaced the roof with IKO Dynasty Glacier shingles that give the roof a clean, uniform look that strengthens protection and improves curb appeal.

Before: The existing roof showed aging, weathered shingles with visible wear and uneven areas around the chimney, increasing the risk of water intrusion.

After: The roof was replaced with new architectural shingles, creating a cleaner, more uniform surface with improved protection and a refreshed appearance around the chimney.
