To seal the deal, the crew used NexusPro Joint Sealant to protect the concrete joints from water or debris infiltration. Not only is it UV-resistant, but it also comes in a variety of colors to match your concrete. Now the homeowner's concrete joints will be sealed and protected from outside elements! 

Poured concrete foundation will crack.  Repairing it with Flexispan® allows for seasonal movement, which is common with all foundations.  Unlike epoxy crack repair, our crack repair system will allow for slight wall movement and not cause secondary wall cracks.  Also, we seal the entire crack all the way to the top of the footing hidden by the basement floor.
