Before Woods Basement Systems was called out to Deborah Q's Fairview Heights, IL home she had a wet and moldy basement that she couldn't seem to keep dry. Woods' team members were able to install our WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement floor to direct any water that tried to enter through the seams of the floor into our Twin Pack sump pump. Design specialist Steve K. assessed the situation and came up with the perfect solution. Foreman Jose L. then traveled to the home to install a Waterguard drainage system and a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the basement. After the installation was complete, the Waterguard was covered with concrete. The Waterguard drainage system collects any water rising from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement. It then drains the water to the sump pump.
