Foreman Greg H. and his team installed WaterGuard drains and a TripleSafe sump unit to remove unwanted water from the home. WaterGuard is a French drain system that's installed under the floor slab for effecive, clog-free drainage without the unsightly appearance of a basement drain. It redirects water to the TripleSafe unit, which uses three Zoeller pumps for triple protection and features the UltraSump battery backup system to keep it running in any weather.

Water was entering a basement in Chester, IL, causing damage to it. To solve this issue, the CleanSpace Basement Wall System was first installed. This will prevent water vapor from permeating the basement walls. The white color will also brighten the basement, reflecting the light. Any wall leaks will also be drained down to the WaterGuard System, which was also installed. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system.
