A basement wall was becoming unstable and leaking Water in Greenville, IL, causing concern for the homeowners. To solve this issue, the PowerBrace System was first installed. This system is designed to stabilize a home’s foundation permanently. It will support the basement walls and straighten them over time. It will distribute the load evenly and eliminate the worry of damage caused by commonly seen wood floor joists. This system can be tightened over time and requires no invasive drilling or digging. PowerBrace’s brackets are engineered to support the joints and protect the floor system's durability.
Next, the BrightWall Paneling System was installed. This all-plastic, bright white, basement wall paneling provides a clean look for an unfinished basement. It prevents water vapor from seeping into the basement and drains any wall leaks down to the WaterGuard System. This drainage system is installed adjacent to the home and provides a channel that connects to the sump pump. Its design will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain stable and dry all the time!
A crawlspace in this Greenville home had muddy areas surrounding the area, making it difficult to move around in. Our foreman from Woods installed a CleanSpace™ Encapsulation System to keep mold and mildew from ruining the look of the crawlspace. Now this space is easier to move around and work in.
On this job, our team had to lift and level the customer's walkway using the PolyLEVEL™. After the concrete slabs are leveled and stabilized, they can then finish the job by sealing off any cracks and gaps using the NexusPro™ joint sealant. This will prevent outside debris from getting between the concrete.
A sidewalk in Rochester, IL, was sinking and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. By drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath, the foam expands to lift the concrete slab up and levels it out. This foam hardens to become rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps in between the concrete slabs. This flexible sealant will withstand against any harsh weather conditions the homeowner may recieve. Finally, SealantPro™ was used to stain and protect the concrete. With these systems in place, the homeowner can now rest assured that their concrete will remain in great shape!
A crawlspace, in Rochester, IL, was leaking and dealing with high humidity. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, CleanSpace™ was used to encapsulate the crawlspace. This highly durable liner will keep the humidity, and other outside elements, out of the crawlspace. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their crawlspace is dry and in great shape!
