A garage floor in Effingham, IL, was sinking and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used to level the garage floor. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands to lift and level the concrete. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their garage floor is leveled and in great shape!

A basement in Carmi, IL was having leakage issues, so CleanSpace basement wall system was installed to not only help drain the water down the walls, but to seal out water vapor, preventing further leaking. Cisne, Illinois resident Lena N. was troubled by her wet, musty basement. Water leaked into the basement where the floor meets the wall and risked damaging her valuables. A Woods Basement Systems Systems Design Specialist inspected the basement and designed a solution.
WaterGuard, a perimeter drainage system, was installed. Before WaterGuard, the homeowner had PVC pipe surrounding the basement to attempt to guide the water. However, the PVC did not prevent water from entering the basement. WaterGuard is installed below the floor, so the basement not only looks good, but it will also stay dry.
The before photo shows the problem area that would flood in times of heavey rain, causing water to enter the garage and even part of the home.
