Keith L of Trenton, IL was tired of his old, dirt crawl space and wanted a one that wasn't vulverable to unwanted water, animals, and mold from entering. That is why Keith scheduled Woods Basement Systems to turn his crawl space into a "CleanSpace." The CleanSpace encapsulation treatment separated the crawl space from outdoor conditions and now protects the crawl space from those outdoor conditions. With the assistance of our SmartSump sump pump and SaniDry CX dehumidifier Keith now has a clean and dry crawl space that he can use.

Alycia R. of Jackson, Missouri had a dirty, moist crawl space that needed attention, so she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. Systems design specialist, Brandon B. found a solution and recommended installing a SmartSump pump and CleanSpace. 

Foreman, James L. installed the products.CleanSpace is a vapor barrier made of inorganic materials, so it does not support mold growth. It is used to completely seal a crawl space off from dirt, critters, and moisture. The SmartPump system is a sump pump designed specifically for crawl spaces, so it can protect against leaks and floods.

A crawlspace in New Douglas, Illinois, needed some stabilizing as the floor joists above were starting to show signs of failure. To resolve this issue, Woods came in and installed the SmartJack System. This system consists of custom cut steel beams. They are placed in galvanized fill to equally distribute the weight of the building. They can be tightened over time. This allows maintenance to be done as the ground continues to shift without requiring another costly install. The liner material goes up the walls and across the floor to completely seal it away from the earth. The CleanSpace stops all the water vapor from the walls or soil from coming in.
