Leaking Foundation Fixed with GeoLock and CleanSpace in O Fallon, IL Basement
Thomas B is worried about the foundation walls in his basement. The walls are cracking and leaking some water. To fix this, Scott M and his crew installed GeoLock Wall Anchors to help support the foundation. These will permanently stabilize the foundation and repair the cracks. These will also bring the foundation back to its original position, and keep it there.
A CleanSpace wall was also installed to prevent water vapor from getting in, and allowing water to drain behind the liner into WaterGuard, which was also installed to catch and drain away water to the sump system. Thomas can now rest assured knowing that the foundation won’t fail and his basement will stay dry!
