Katrina P was concerned when she noticed that her kitchen floors were sinking. So, she decided to call Woods Basement Systems. System Design Specialist Adam R was able to come up with a solution to the problem.
Foreman Jeremy R installed a SmartJack in Katrina's basement. The SmartJack will rest on stable soil and support the portion of the house that is sinking. It will also be able to raise the level of the floors overtime.
A foundation was becoming unstable in a basement in Saint Louis, MO, so the PowerBrace system was installed. This will permanently stabilize the foundation and eliminate any inward movement. This will also reverse the effects of wall failure, straightening the walls to their original position and closing the cracks to prevent water leakage. This foundation will remain stable and restore peace of mind for years to come!
This homeowner's house was starting to settle into the ground which caused cracks to form. The cracks around this window are small, but if they weren't fixed they could have widened and cracked even further. They were sealed to stop the cracking and then the rest of the house was fixed with push piers to make sure the house stands firm and prevents more cracks from forming.

The Kirkwood, Missouri YMCA owners discovered cracks in the foundation walls. After further inspection, system design specialist John S. found that the walls were bowing under pressure. Increased water pressure in the soil caused the walls to bow inward.
