Basement foundation walls in a home in Webster Groves were starting to show signs of failure. Cracks were starting to appear not only in the basement walls, but in walls located in other parts of the home as well. To fix this issue and keep it from getting worse, Woods installed the GeoLock System. This system consists of steel plates that are secured directly to the failing wall. They are then connected by steel rods to galvanized steel anchors buried away from the home. This system effectively stabilizes the home's foundation, ensuring the homeowner's peace of mind for years to come.

A basement wall was becoming unstable in Saint Louis, MO, causing concern to the homeowners. To solve this issue, the PowerBrace System was installed. This system is designed to stabilize a home’s foundation permanently. It will support the basement walls and straighten them over time. It will distribute the load evenly and eliminate the worry of damage caused by commonly seen wood floor joists. This system can be tightened over time and doesn't require any invasive drilling or digging. A foundation was settling in Saint Louis, MO causing large cracks to form on the outside of the house. To solve this issue, the Push Pier System was installed. These will permanently stabilize the foundation, and in many cases, lift it back toward its original position. These can also close cracks and improve the operation of windows and doors. This is the least risky solution when the soil conditions are unknown. There is minimal disturbance from installation; installing them is a quick process and will solve the problem once and for all!

Sandy and Lester J were concerned when they noticed that the floors in their home were starting to sink.  So they decided to call Woods Basement Systems.  System Design Specialist Chris S was able to come up with a solution to the problem.

Foreman Jose L installed a Push Pier in their basement.  The push pier, shown above, will support the level of the floor that is sinking, and over time will be able to raise it back up to its original height.  This will help to stabilize the floors.

Saint Louis, Missouri homeowner Bonnie needed her driveway leveled to help with safety and look. She gave Woods Bsement Systems a call and Team Woods developed the perfect plan for her. 

Foreman Andrew and his crew injected PolyLevel under the driveway. By leveling the drive way, there is a lower risk for tripping, the water drains better, and the driveway appears nicer. 

Bonnie can now drive and walk without fear of tripping or further damage.
