Deric C. of Columbia, Illinois was troubled by his bowing foundation walls. As the walls bowed under pressure, they cracked and allowed water to enter his basement. 

System design specialist Rob C. designed a solution. Jeremy R., foreman, installed PowerBrace to support the foundation and straighten the walls over time. Geo-Lock Wall Anchors were installed where access to undisturbed soil was available. In addition to the foundation support, Deric's basement was waterproofed with WaterGuard.

This homeowner from Columbia, Illinois, noticed that the main floor in her room was sinking. System design specialist, Nelson M., worked with Judy to designed a customized plan that would stabilize and level her crawl space ceiling.

A retaining wall in Columbia, Illinois, started showing signs of displacement and failure. To address the homeowner's concerns, Woods came and installed steel supports for the wall.

With the GeoLock Wall Anchor System, heavy duty steel anchors are buried some ways away from the home and connected to the home using steel rods. These rods are then attached to steel wall plates that are placed directly on the wall. As the rods are tightened, they pull the wall back into place.
