Bob J. of Chatham, Illinois noticed that some of the floors in his home were uneven and sagging. He did not want the problem to get any worse, so he called Woods Basement Systems for assistance.

Design specialist Brandon B. assessed the problem and decided that Smart Jacks in the crawl space would fix the homeowner's issues. Foreman James L. then headed to the home to get the job started.

Smart Jacks, pictured above, are attached to the floor joists above the crawl space. Once the posts are installed, they are adjusted to help raise and level the floors. The Smart Jacks can be adjusted anytime necessary to help level the home.

A crawlspace in Chatham, IL was not being supported correctly, causing cracks to appear in the concrete.
