A concrete sidewalk was sinking in Saint Charles, MO, causing the slabs to become uneven. To solve this issue, the PolyLevel System was first installed. This will stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs with high-strength polyurethane foam. Pea-sized holes were drilled into the concrete and the foam was injected to fill the void underneath. This installation technique allows the foam to expand as it cures, precisely lifting the slab back up. Additionally, NexusPro Joint Sealant was installed. This will seal the joints and cracks in the concrete. It will provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions. These systems will improve the safety of the concrete and restore peace of mind for years to come!

To repair concrete that is uneven, like the walkway shown in these images, our team injects a polyurethane foam underneath the concrete slabs that expands on top of the soil underneath and lifts the concrete to a level state. Next, a sealant is placed between the concrete joints which works to help prevent your concrete from, water causing soil erosion, cracking and sinking for years to come. Our process involves the concrete being ready to use within 15-30 minutes after installation, for a long lasting, and safe solution to concrete repair.
