He had a full perimeter waterproofing system installed in his home along with a TripleSafe sump pump. The waterproofing system is a WaterGuard system that is placed around the perimeter of the home. WaterGusrd works like a channeling system and guides the water out of the home. The TripleSafe sump pump is a three pump system that comes with a battery back up and WaterWatch alarm. The battery back up is used in case of power loss and the WaterWatch alarm will sound in the case that the pump takes on to much water.

A WaterGuard drainage system was offered to help collect the seeping water, and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump. WaterGuard is a patented drainage system that uses special flanges to help collect seeping water floors and even leaking foundation walls. The TripleSafe sump also offers a three pump system to ensure all water is discharged, even during power outages.
