This wet East Peoria basement was waterproofed using partial perimeter, patented WaterGuard, and 2 foot strip of CleanSpace, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump and buried discharge line. The home owner was concerned about water coming in at the base of the walls, but now her basement is dry and she no longer has anything to worry about!
Every time it rained, water would seep into Mike’s home. He had a sump pump, but it was only effective when the water made it to the sump pump. He was having issues with water puddling and pooling around the foundation floor, because the water had no way to get to the sump pump. MidAmerica Basement Systems came to the rescue with the installation of WaterGuard. WaterGuard is designed to help direct water to the sump pump, rather than pooling on the floor. Mike’s basement no longer has a water pooling or puddling issue thanks to WaterGuard from MidAmerica Basement Systems.
During large rain fall, Jeremy would receive standing water for days on end, making it hard to access his basement. He contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his issue addressed. A WaterGuard and TripleSafe systems were offered to provide Jeremy with the dry basement he was looking for. WaterGuard is a special drainage system that collects water from under the concrete floor, and from water that may seep in the foundation walls. After water is collected, it helps direct it to the TripleSafe sump. The TripleSafe offers a primary and secondary sump, and a third back-up battery sump for power outages. Jeremy now has a dry basement, and no longer worries of standing water.

David was having issues with water seeping in through the wall and floor joints of his basement and decided to reach out to MidAmerica Basement Systems. He was offered a waterproofing system that used WaterGuard and CleanSpace Liner. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement to collect the seeping water along the joints. Due to the walls and floor being poured as a whole, weep holes were drilled into the walls to allow for water to come in, and CleanSpace Liner was installed over top the holes. CleanSpace acts a moisture barrier, aiding in the collecting of water to redirect the water to the WaterGuard. Water now properly flows towards the sump pump to be discharged out to the basement, leaking the area dry.
