Warren F. of Oelwein, IA decided he wanted to get his basement finished. He called MidAmerica Basement Systems for a free estimate, and met with design specialist Joe Sarb. Joe and Warren worked together and designed a finished basement system, and Warren picked from many beautiful flooring options and other materials. In order to get the finishes added to the basement, though, the basement first needed to be waterproofed with a full perimeter WaterGuard. These pictures show before and after the WaterGuard is installed. Once the concrete dries, you'll never even know WaterGuard was installed!

This sinking stairway in North Liberty, IA was a severe tripping hazard for the homeowners' and their guests. Something had to be done to make the home safer for everyone. They called the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems for a free estimate. With PolyLevel slab leveling, the stairway was raised to nearly its original position.

The homeowner reached out to the MidAmerica Bastement Systems team to address the issue of his settling foundation in his garage. The team installed helical piers to stabilize and life the garage back to it's original position. The homeowner has a stable, lifted garage!
