Ben was very upset with the large sinking concrete in portions of his driveway. Overtime sections of the driveway had sunk due to the voids under the concrete. Some areas had dropped about 2 to 3 inches, leaving the driveway unlevel and unsafe. MidAmerica Basement Systems offered the solution PolyLevel. PolyLevel is injected under the concrete to fill to voids, once the voids are filled, it expands to lift and stabilize the slabs. The slabs that were 2-3 inches lower, now run flush with the other areas of the driveway, making the driveway level and safe once again.

Installer, Brandon came out to the homeowners home to install NexusPro and PolyLevel. NexusPro is a long-lasting silicone based sealant. It can be applied in extreme temperatures and is resistant to ultraviolet sun rays. It is fifty percent more flexible and can stretch up to twice its size as the concrete moves. It is applied in the cracks of the sidewalk or driveway. PolyLevel has the same idea as mud-jacking but does not break up the concrete or involve any mud.
