Homeowner, Dru had previous work done with MidAmerica Basements Systems. He was very pleased with the previous work, that when his basement started having water issues he knew who to call. Design Specialist, Mac was able to come out to Dru's home and recommended putting in a waterproofing system. Installer, Cory was able to come out and install WaterGuard, a WaterGuard Port, Drainage Material, TripleSafe Safe Pump, IceGuard, LawnScape Outlet, and a Discharge Line.
WaterGuard was one of the systems installed in Dru's home. It is designed to sit above the dirt so the system will not be clogged from dirt or rock. It is designed to intercept the water around the perimeter of the basement. It will then drain away the water to the TripleSafe Sump Pump.
Over the years, the small leak in Graig’s basement had become more and more of an issue. He finally had enough and contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems. During his estimate, it was proposed he have CleanSpace, WaterGuard, and SuperSump systems installed. CleanSpace was placed along the base of the walls to address the small wall leaks, providing a vapor barrier. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the floor to collect and direct any water to the SuperSump. The SuperSump discharges any and all water out of the basement to keep it dry.
