All questions were answered by him and his crew. Very impressed by this crew.  The pricing was right in our budget. We had put off fixing the basement for years because of price.

At the time we selected the service MidAmerica had the best product offering for what we felt would meet our needs. That was back in 2009ish. To this point we absolutely don't regret the decision and expense of putting this product in our home. It has paid for itself year after year.

I just want to say thanks again to our installation crew, Mike and Levi, it was a little tough for this home owner to see a giant hole in the wall, but they assured me it would be fine and look great and they were right!!! Joe Sarb did an amazing job selling me on these windows, he met with my husband and I at a time that worked perfect for us and was very knowledgeable about the products that were offered and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The installation crew was amazing! Mike Keck and Levi (I think that is the right name) were very professional and did an amazing job of making the window look like it has been there all along, I was amazed at how quickly the installation was completed and at how well they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better clean up job, there was very little dust, after a couple minutes of sweeping and rearranging my basement was back to normal! We were recommended to your company several years ago for a sump pump install. When Job Sarb came to inspect the pump recently he offered me some flyers about windows and other services that I didn't even realize were offered. We had been talking for a long time about doing an egress window and after working with Joe we decided to purchase and egress window as well as 4 new basement windows.

We received three bids for this job...MidAmerica was very competitive price wise, but the detail of the information they provided, along with the dedicated waterguard system is what sold us. Salesman Wes was vey informative and worked with us to find the best solution for our budget The crew was fantastic! They kept me informed of when they would arrive, what stage they were on, and the reasons they suggested specific choices.  The Cleanup process was perfect..... they left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. 

I am more than pleased with the work Greg and Mike did. They were very polite, respectful, helpful, and timely. I really appreciate the service and work they did with my window!  Very friendly, kept me informed as they worked and had me give my input where I could. Crew was timely, respectful, and efficient! Would hire this same crew back in a heart beat.  The only way people knew they were here was from the finished product (egress window). I had nothing to clean up! Thank you!!!  I first found your company just searching the internet about who installs egress windows. Then, when talking with my parents, they had your company waterproof their basement and loved the work that was done. I also knew a couple of people that were used as references and knew I could trust your work.

I chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because I heard about it from a Facebook friend. Not much competition. We looked and looked. Locally it was minimal. We got one other semi-estimate, but they didn't know what they were talking about. I think the company is eminently professional. The call repsentative was a very pleasant person on the phone.  Everything was explained well by our salesperson.  Oscar and his two nephews did a really good job. He discovered a broken sewer pipe and fixed that, too. He also explained things as he went.

Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Joe Sarb is amazing. He assessed my basement for problems. Showed me what his company had to offer me and then gave me his suggestions. Never did he try to push anything on me. The decision was all mine. After the job was complete he stopped back to look at the work and see if I was happy with the job. Oscar and his crew were amazing. They were very professional in doing their job. From time to time I would have questions and Oscar would stop what he was doing and take the time to explain all of my questions. Everything was clean and tidy when they left.  I chose Midamerica Basement Systems over other company because comparing the product, price, and warranty, no other company out there can compare. I would recommend this company for all of your waterproofing needs. Fantastic Product, Fanastic Service, Fantastic Price, and Fantastic Warranty.

Kevin and his work team were Outstanding, and completed all work details in a Top-Notch manner. We completed the Job Survey this morning, and gave you folks five Star marks on all question asked. Kevin has several photos of all completed work areas, and the results are great!! We also joined your MABs Care Club, and look forward to future inspections and maintenance as needed. 

We chose MidAmerica Basement Systems because we were interested in more than just waterproofing and you were able to cover it all (egress window, waterproofing, radon, flooring, humidity control, air quality). A one stop shop. Karl worked hard in less than ideal temperatures (10degrees or less/snow). He kept me informed, took time for my questions, went over things with me before leaving.  Also covered the entry through the porch and down the stairs with plastic to help keep it clean which I appreciated since weather was so bad.  

We were very impressed with your products. Your installation crew with crew manager Mike Clementz did an excellent job! They were on time everyday and worked late in the day. They did an excellent job keeping the dust down when jackhammering for the sump pump and cleaning up each day. They quickly solved a few issues we had with placement of a Sanidry. All men in the crew were very polite and answered our questions. The final product and final basement is beyond our expectations! We will definitely recommend you to others. We had found your company in the phone book and your sales rep, Mike Banks, was so helpful in laying out how to solve our problems. We were sold right away. Thanks!

I've had your products (floor, walls, windows, sump pump, Sanidry, washing machine hoses, etc.) since 2009/10. At that time, your company had the most complete solution for what I needed. I'm going to be getting your new Sanidry shortly since my old one (much bigger) finally died. I've never been disappointed with your products or service, and my basement has been dry every since installation. I've recommended your products to the church where I work -- where they have a basement that desperately needs waterproofing. A salesman has already come out to speak to the parish manager. The decision is out of my hands, but I've strongly recommended your company and waterproofing products.
