Eric was patient, we took 3 years to make the leap, and he was understanding. Very informative, we knew exactly what to expect on install day.
The install crew was here at 7am sharp, and stayed as long as possible to get as much done as they could. With it being an invasive (and loud) process, I appreciated them wanting to make the most of a day. They did a beautiful job, I can't believe how refreshed my home looks after a new roof.
The cleanup was pretty good. We have found a few stray nails, but that is to be expected. My only qualm is that the tarp they used to funnel debris to the ground did burn my plants, but they did explain that could happen, so I understand.

I have seen J Smegal signs all over the Berkshires, so you are obviously trusted by many. Not to mention, your reviews were very good!
