Meghan is a new homeowner in Omaha, NE, and noticed the driveway settled and sloped toward the garage and caused water to flow towards her foundation Her parents had used Thrasher for work on their home and after hearing about their great experience with us, she felt confident that we could provide her with the same great experience.

System Design Specialist Mike Lutmer went out to Meghan’s home for a free inspection and explained how our concrete solution would help her driveway and prevent water from pooling. First, we used PolyLevel and lifted the concrete as much as 5 inches in some spots. Then we used NexusPro Sealant to seal the cracks and joints so no more movement would occur.

Bonita is a longtime homeowner in Omaha, NE, and over the last couple of years, she has noticed that stairs leading up to her front porch and door were continually settling and leaning. We sent System Design Specialist Britton Wood out to her home and noticed that the concrete had started to settle. The crew started by using PolyLevel to raise the stair back up to level and we used  NexusPro Joint Sealant to caulk all of the joints and gaps. This homeowner likes to have people over often, and they typically hang out on the back patio, which is over 100 years old. Over time, part of the patio has started to drop so it's become a tripping hazard. To keep himself and his guests safe, this customer decided to get his patio repaired. Our team used PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the concrete slab, as well as NexusPro to seal the joints and keep water out. 

Theresa is a homeowner in Omaha, NE, and needed some concrete repair work. The concrete had settled and created a tripping hazard. Looking to prevent further damage and cost, she decided to call Thrasher Foundation Repair. 

We sent System Design Specialist Sam Frei out to Theresa’s home. Sam was able to see that the driveway had a large amount of cracking due to street creep pressure, so the crew installed a CompressionGaurd to help with the expansion. We also used a combination of PolyLevel and NexusPro Joint Sealant to level and close the exposed joints. 

David K. purchased a home in Bellevue, NE within the last two years and wants to make sure it stays in the best condition in case he decides to sell in the future. His old home had a multitude of concrete issues and he wanted to be sure any small issues at his new home were taken care of before they got out of hand. In order to keep his home in the best condition, he gave Thrasher a call to come out and inspect any concrete damage.

System design Specialist Bob Dunn arrived on the scene to perform a thorough inspection of all concrete on the property. The home had cracks in the back of the garage caused by street creep, slabs by the garage were uneven, and the joint sealants were beginning to fail. To repair these issues in a timely manner, David opted to have our teams install our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro joint sealer. They began by using the PolyLevel to permanently lift and level any uneven areas. Then, NexusPro is used to fill any cracks and joints to protect the concrete from any water damage in the future. Lastly, the team installed a compression guard in the middle of the driveway to stop cracks from forming in the back of the garage.

 David K. was very happy with Thrasher and the quality of work we do. We were able to provide him a solution that protects and brings value to his greatest investment. He was so pleased with our work that he already has the next project scheduled.
