This home in Old Lyme had an old roof with rotten plywood underneath that needed to be replaced. After we installed the new plywood, the entire roof deck was covered in Weatherlock Flex Ice & Water barrier. Then the new shingles were nailed down.

This single-family home in Old Lyme, Connecticut was in need of a new roof and new skylights. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneysand gray shingles. In terms of skylights, we installed 2 new Velux VS Skylights. To finish the job we removed and replaced the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
