Leaking Roof Replaced in Northford, Connecticut

This homeowner's leaking roof needed to be replaced. They chose Brown Roofing for the job. The existing outdated shingles were removed, exposing the wood decking underneath. This is when our crew has the opportunity to locate the leak, and replace the damaged wood with brand new plywood. Protective underlayment is installed, and topped with brand new shingles. IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Frostone were used for this job. Our crew also installed three Perma Boot roof pipe covers, and applied new flashing around these skylights. 

Repointed Chimney with New Chimney Crown in Northford, Connecticut

This chimney in Northford, Connecticut has a cracked crown, and worn mortar. The Brown Roofing team scrapped out the old mortar, and applied new mortar. A new crown was poured, and the chimney cap was re-installed. The result looks fantastic, and will keep this chimney looking as good as new.
