Stopping all the leaks in this Fairfield, Illinois basement included the installation of our WaterGuard® drainage system and ThermalDry® wall covering for the block foundation so that the homeowner could finish the basement again...for the last time. As part of our WaterGuard waterproofing system, the customers selected the TwinPack Sump Pump with a primary and secondary pump. In case of primary pump failure, the secondary pump will kick in. Also, the pumps can work in unison in the case of a large volume of water.

These Fairfield, IL homeowners had a WaterGuard waterproofing system installed in their home. This system included the WaterGuard drainage system, a new sump pump with a primary and secondary pump, as well as the IceGuard on the exterior of the home.

The IceGuard protects the basement from sump pump overflow in the case of frozen or clogged main discharge lines. It allows the water to safely escape from the basement to the outside of the home.
