This leaky basement wasn't able to protect itself from heavy rainstorms. Also, the snow during the winter had melted, which resulted in water leaking into the basement. To solve this, Team Woods installed a WaterGuard drainage system around the basement and updated the home's sump pump system to a TripleSafe pump.
