The homeowner of this basement in Durant contacted the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems to help remedy their leaky basement. The team waterproofed the basement by installing a WaterGuard perimeter drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump system. The homeowners now have a basement that is protected from further water seepage. 

A Durant homeowner noticed water intrusion in the walls of the basement. Knowing that he wanted to finish the basement in the future, he knew he had to get the water issues taken care of as soon as possible, so he contacted the experts at MidAmerica Basement Systems for a free estimate.

The basement walls were encapsulated with CleanSpace, to keep water from entering the interior and to keep mold out. WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system was installed, as well, to keep the basement dry. Other patented products are also in use to keep the basement dry, like the SaniDry, and a TripleSafe Sump Pump.
