Homeowners Phil and Vicky were in need of new basement windows. The inefficiency of their current windows was hard on their heating and cooling bill. We removed the old basement windows and resized for the new windows. The new window wells were installed and covers were added to keep the windows sealed off. 

Full perimeter WaterGuard system, new TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace walls make this basement water tight. 

Merlin and Cindy's home has been in their family for three generations. For many years they have noticed the water in their basement and knew it was time to seek professional advice. They had a full perimeter WaterGuard System and a TripleSafe Sump Pump installed. 

Kathy has lived in her home for the last ten years and for the last year when it would rain, she would get water in her basement. She would love to have a finished basement someday. To do that she knew she would need to first waterproof the basement. After she had her home waterproofed she decided to have an ICE Guard sump pump discharge line system installed. The ICE Guard system allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. When the discharge pipe thaws, the water will automatically run along it’s normal rout, and no water will escape from the ICE Guard.

Monona, IA residents, Susan and Terry O. own a home that was built in 1909. Their old basement had water coming in through the floor and wall joints, so they met with MidAmerica Basement Systems' design specialist Mac McDaniel. Mac designed a custom solution for Susan ad Terry to waterproof their basement, and increase the health of the home. Now, they are looking forward to a dry basement for many years to come.
