Our team conducted a thorough inspection and designed a reliable waterproofing plan tailored to the home’s needs. We installed our patented Egress Window for enhanced safety and natural light, along with a Window WellDuct System to ensure proper drainage from the well into the home’s waterproofing system. To seal the wall cracks, we applied our FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System, a flexible, permanent solution designed to prevent re-cracking and direct any seepage away from the interior. Finally, we added our IceGuard Discharge Line to protect against backups from frozen discharge pipes.

Recently, we were called to address a homeowner's concern in Kennedyville, MD. The problem was a leaky crack in the basement wall: a common issue but one that needs a precise and effective solution to prevent long-term damage. The recommended solution? Next, a carefully selected strip of foam, chosen for its flexibility and porosity, was installed over the crack, creating a protective barrier. First, we did a full Mold-X2 treatment to treat the mold that had already started growing due to the moisture. We then installed our SilverGlo insulation, Drainage Matting and a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier. To finalize this install, we installed brand new Vent covers and a Crawl space door, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier, which will keep humidity below 55%.
